This application has been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to grant leave to sue the respondent / defendant before this Court.

Despite the respondent / defendant is residing at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, it is seen from the averments of the plaint and the documents furnished that the part of cause of action is seen to have arisen within the jurisdiction of Chennai and to that effect the bank details of the applicants / plaintiffs are printed in their invoices through which the transactions have been made. Since the part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
