2. The petitioner, who is aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the respondent on 15.08.2016, was placed under suspension and hence he has come forward with this Writ Petition to quash the same.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition, as on date. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
