This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to join the cause of action with regard to two mortgage deeds dated 04.11.2011 and 04.12.2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the averments in the affidavit and the fact that in both the mortgage deeds, the mortgagor and mortgagee are one and the same, this application is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to file a suit combining both the causes of action.
