This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 28.06.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material records.

3. The petitioner submitted his representation dated 28.08.2019 to participate in the Simpson & Group Companies Employees Cooperative Society Ltd., election held on 17.10.2018 and 18.10.2018. After a period of 5 years, now the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation on the fresh cause of action, if so advised.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
