O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Writ Petition has been filed by the Suspended Lawyers based on the complaint given by the Second Respondent alleging that the Petitioners have made professional misconduct. 2.Heard Mr.S.Tamilavel, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.Fakkir Mohideen, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr.R.Aranganathan, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent. 3.When the matter was called on 12.02.2021, the Petitioners, the Second Respondent and their respective Counsels appeared through Video Conference.

The Second Respondent has categorically stated that the issue between them, has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compromised and therefore, the order against the Petitioners can be revoked. Therefore, this Court directed both the parties to file a memo of compromise.

4.When the matter is called today, the memo of compromise signed by both the parties, counter signed by their respective Counsels is filed before this Court. It is evident from the memo of compromise that the issue between the parties has been settled out of Court.

5.In view of the above, the order passed by the First Respondent in D.C.C.No.409 of 2019 dated 21.01.2019 is set aside and the Writ Petition is allowed. The memo of compromise shall form a part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
