ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by not complying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6192 of 2020 dated 12.03.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.6192 of 2020 has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court in an appeal filed in W.A.No.2093 of 2024 vide order dated 16.07.2024.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
