ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 31.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1904 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to draw seniority list for promotion, as per merit and marks by the candidates of 2006 batch at the time of selection, in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in BimleshTanwar Vs. State of Haryana in Civil Appeal No.879 of 2000 dated 10.03.2003, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the

second respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed revised senior list by the proceedings dated 30.11.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 30.11.2024 passed by the second respondent before this Court.
