This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.18411 of 2022 dated 10.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the records have been reconstructed and that the proposal sought to be signed, the petitioner has not signed the same and refused to receive the communication viz., the registered letter is also placed before this Court. 3.In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall appear before the
