ORDER
The petitioner is the legal representative of Thiru Munisamy, who was employed as Village Assistant. The father of the petitioner
worked as Village Assistant for a period of twenty five years. He died on 17 August 1980. The petitioner submitted series of representations requesting the respondents to pay him retirement benefits due to his father. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 15 June 2011 on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order so as to enable the third respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
