Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order dated 07.10.2021 in Na.Ka.No.1907/2018 Ma.Vu (CM-5) of the 3rd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to extend the planning permission for a further period of 3 years in respect of the planning permit No.32(1 to 6)/2012 dated 13.09.2012 for the project ABOV in Survey No.228/1B of Kazhipattur Village, Muttukadu Panchayat, Thiruporur Panchayat Union, Chengalpet District.
