ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.07.2024, in view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.76134 of 2024, order dated 10.01.2025 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and file FIR.

2. On a reading of the order passed by the learned Magistrate, dated 10.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.76134 of 2024, it is seen that the direction was given to the first respondent-Police to conduct a detailed enquiry on the complaint of the complainant and in the course of enquiry, if any material evidence is found, then the Inspector of Police may proceed thereon with 2 / 4

that evidence and report was directed to be filed before the said Magistrate as soon as possible in the interest of justice. The respondent-Police, after conducting enquiry, filed a report before the Magistrate. Therefore, the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is directed to give notice to the petitioner and on receipt of the said notice, the petitioner, if so aggrieved, shall work out his remedy before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, in accordance with law.
