ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent-Police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.0302025 and direct the third respondent-Police herein to remove the petitioner's name from the rowdy list record in H.S.No.24/2009 maintained by the third respondent police in accordance with law. 2/5

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents-Police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.3.2025 and proceed further in accordance with law.
