2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, Mr.Kumar, SSI, P6, Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai is present.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police has initiated a proceeding against the petitioners under Section https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, not to harass cannot be passed. Hence, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
