This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.07.2023, wherein, the petitioner has sought for police protection for herself and her property. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint has been received from the petitioner.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a complaint/ representation in person before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent shall conduct an enquiry and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of complaint from the petitioner.
