2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned proceedings dated 17.06.2016 passed by the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, (Disciplinary cum Appointing Authority), Tiruppur.

3. When this court observed that as against the order of the Disciplinary Authority, there is a provision in the Rules for filing appeal, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority.

4. Recording the endorsement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal as provided under the Rules governing the service of the petitioner herein.
