The writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.02.2021 and 02.08.2021 and pass necessary orders to rectify the error in the Town Survey Register comprising Survey No.916/2A1A, Ward E, Block 68, T.S.No.59, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the survey had already been conducted in respect of the property belonging to the petitioner. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner are redressed.

3. That being the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required.
