This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 577 days in filing the Review Application SR.No.103654 of 2023.

2.Heard Mr.R.Raman Laal, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Kempraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.Though the delay is huge i.e. more than 500 days due to the administrative reasons and other reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court feels that, this petition can be allowed, accordingly it is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the review application if it is otherwise in order and post the review application along with Contempt Petition No.1632 of 2023.
