O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 3rd respondent herein for not permitting he petitioner's son R.Kishore Kannan to attend classes in the academic year 2019-2020 and to direct the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner's son R.Kishore Kannan to complete his course B.E., Mechanical Engineering without insisting upon payment of fee.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending writ petition, the petitioner and the third respondent have arrived at the settlement regarding payment of tuition fees for the academic years 2019-2020 and 2021-2022 wherein the petitioner has agreed to pay the respective tuition fee in instalments to the third respondent-college.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the letter given by the petitioner dated 27.08.2019 to the 3rd respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petition is closed.
