This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 02.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25520 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2019 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. She also filed an affidavit dated 27.01.2023, before this Court to that effect. 3.
