O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to remove the political party flag posts in front of the house of the Petitioner in pursuance of the representation dated 30.07.2019 made by the Petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.09.2019, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents represented that the flag posts which the Petitioner complained have been removed. However, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that thereafter, an unauthorized structure has been put in the same place showing as if it was a bus stop. 3.

It is represented today by Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the temporary structure of bus stop put up has also been removed as assured during the earlier hearing on 09.09.2019 and a Compliance Report has been filed 4.

Mr. G. Veerapandian, Sub-Inspector of Police, Kuthanallur Police Station, Thiruvarur District, who is present in Court today, confirms the said action taken. Nothing survives for further consideration in the matter. 5.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
