Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to immediately take necessary departmental action against the 5th respondent for the unruly behaviour in public on 10.08.2019 using abusive words and threatening a police officer on duty and demeaning the dignity, status and the purpose of the post and position of District Collector.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] (1)After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the Competent Forum and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

(2)In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and the concerned individual is permitted to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the competent Forum. No costs.
