This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 02.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18249 of 2021.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.18249 of 2021 dated 02.09.2021, has been complied with by proceedings dated 30.11.2022.

3. Opposing the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings so issued, does not meet the claim of the petitioner as per law.

4. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 30.11.2022, if so advised.
