This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on the first working day once in every three months i.e., once in a quarter in Crl.MP.No.5338 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.A.No.597 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022.

The Status Report filed by the Investigation Officer of CBCID, Coimbatore City reveals that the case is under investigation in SID Coimbatore, new unit Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) formed vide proceedings of the ADGP, CBCID, Chennai dated 16.04.2024.

The case was again transferred from SID CB CID Coimbatore to CBCID Coimbatore vide proceedings of the ADGP, CBCID, Chennai dated 16.04.2024. Thereafter, the investigation has been undertaken. from TNFSL is yet to be received. Some more documents have to be collected. The investigation in the present case is nearing completion and final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court.

Under these circumstances, further relaxation of conditions may cause prejudice to the investigation, which is in progress. Thus, we are not inclined to consider this miscellaneous petition and accordingly stands dismissed. (S.M.S., J.)
