CRL.OP.No.25905/2016 P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail in C.C. No.220 of 2016 for offence under Section 420 I.P.C. read with 34 IPC. 2.

Petitioners were alleged to have committed certain cognizable offences. Investigation completed. Final Report filed. Cognizance taken in C.C.No.220 of 2016, by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. In the final report, the petitioners were shown as absconding accused.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused are ready to participate in the trial proceedings, they may be given an opportunity. As on date, no summons served upon them. 4.

Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners; (ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur., within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order.

(iii) On their surrender, the learned Magistrate will recall the NBWs and direct the Police to return the NBWs.

(iv) Each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) The petitioners shall regularly appear before the said Magistrate on all the hearings, unless, their absence is condoned by a petition filed under Section 317 of Cr.P.C.
