The writ petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner representation dated 08.07.2024 and provide police protection to the petitioner and his property to an extent of 432 Sg.ft at S.No.36/2, Adiyamankottai Village, Dharmapuri District.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach civil Court for filing execution petition to execute the decree.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed with a

liberty to approach civil Court for filing execution petition to execute the decree for violation of the decree.
