The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in CC.264/2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate - II, Kancheepuram and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial has begun with the examination of PW-1 on 10.11.2016.

4. In view of the above, this Court will not interfere when once the trial has begun.
