O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to measure and demarcate his property situated in S.Nos.215/3A1B and 215/5B in Thokkiyam Village, Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District by considering his online application in E-Challan No.2024/0123/36/000997, dated 02.06.2024.

2. The petitioner herein submitted online application for survey of the above mentioned land and he also paid necessary charges as seen from the E-Challan No.2024/0123/36/000997, dated 02.06.2024. The said application has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 02.06.2024 will be considered by the 2nd respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner for survey of his land in E-Challan No.2024/0123/36/000997, dated 02.06.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
