2.C.M.P.No.18248 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner by name Subramani and array them as petitioners 1 to 5 respectively in the above Revision in CRP.No.2957 of 2019.

3.C.M.P.No.18249 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner by name Subramani in the above Revision in CRP.No.2957 of 2019.

4.C.M.P.No.18251 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1543 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner by name Subramani in the above Revision in CRP.No.2958 of 2019.

5.C.M.P.No.18254 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner by name Subramani in the above Revision in CRP.No.2958 of 2019.

6.C.M.P.No.18257 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner by name Subramani and array them as petitioners 1 to 5 respectively in the above Revision in CRP.No.2958 of 2019.

7. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
