This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2236 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.103689 of 2023.

2.Delay condoned. In the eventuality of appeal being allowed, there shall be no interest for the date of delay and interest will be reckoned only from the date on which the appeal is taken on record.

3.The Registry is required to attend the papers and number the above C.M.A.SR.No.103689 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the matter for admission.
