2.The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection for allowing this application.

3.It is seen that the Will sought to be projected in T.O.S.No. 34 of 2021 is a Will dated 20.01.1989 marked as Ex.D2 in C.S.No.104 of 2007. Therefore, this Will has to be necessarily sent for the purpose of trial to the file of T.O.S.No.34 of 2021.
