The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 08.09.2021, 10.01.2022 and 18.03.2022 to remove the obstruction caused by the fifth respondent in the pathway.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is residing at Door.No.18B/86, Throwpathi Amman Koil Street, Lakshmipuram, Velacherry, Chennai- 600 042 and he is in possession of Plot Nos.340, 341 & 342. It is further stated that he submitted various representations to the fourth respondent requesting him to remove the obstruction in the pathway leading to 2/4
his property. Finally, the petitioner submitted a representation on 19.07.2023 to the respondents 1 to 3 seeking their action to remove the obstruction in the pathway leading to his property and the said representation has not been considered till date.
3. Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mrs.K.Indhumathy Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent.
4. In view of the fact that the petitioner already submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 requesting them to remove the alleged construction in the pathway leading to the property of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2023 and pass final orders, within a period six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the fifth respondent.
