This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent/ The Tahsildar, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District not to transfer the patta in SF.No.162/A1D, Cholamadevi Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District to an extent of 1 acre in favour of the respondents 7 & 8/ T.Muruganandhan & R.Murali as per the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
