ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2022 in R.C.No.331 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to dispute over property, the petitioner gave a complaint against one Rajendiran on 23.03.2022 before the first respondent police, however, they have not registered a case till now. Therefore, the respondents police may be directed to register the case, based on the compliant given by the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, after a receipt of complaint dated 23.03.2022 from the petitioner, the first respondent police forwarded the complaint to the second respondent police. The Second respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature. The closure report also sent to the petitioner. 2/4
