(Order of the Court was made by G.Jayachandran J.) The matrimonial dispute was referred to Mediation and the parties have settled the matter. According to the terms of settlement, the petitioner, N.Balakrishnan, has paid Rs.9,00,000/- to the respondent, K.Sheeja Balakrishnan and both parties have agreed to dissolve the marriage amicably and withdraw the maintenance case pending.

2. Recording the terms of compromise, the C.M.A.No.2272 of 2024 is allowed, thereby dissolving the marriage solemnised on 08.05.1994 between the petitioner and respondent.

3. In view of the order passed in C.M.A.No.2272 of 2024, this Crl.R.C.No.1383 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. (Dr. G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) (MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR, J.) 10-03-2026 Page Nos.2/4
