2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, since, the body of the missing girl was traced in Andhra Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh Police has investigated the matter and filed final report under Section 302 of IPC. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
