Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of the order dated 14.06.2013 in case No.1606/E/2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as unconstitutional, ultra vires and against the spirit and provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to furnish information sought for by the petitioner in his application dated 12.09.2012 addressed to the 3rd respondent.
