2. According to the petitioner, she has been serving as staff nurse in the Government Medical College Hospital, Tiruvarur from 24.09.2013. Since she has developed disc prolapsed and suffering from acquit back pain, she could not travel in the bus or train. Further, she has to take care of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

her aged father-in-law and mother-in-law. The petitioner would further state that there is a vacancy for the post of nurse at Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai and therefore she made a representation to the respondent on 15.10.2015 for transferring her to Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai from Tiruvarur. Her earlier request for transfer was not considered and at present there are vacancies in the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai and therefore the writ petition is filed.

3. Heard Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
