This Petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondent 5 as legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent namely Arunachalam and rank her as respondent 5 in the above CRP.No.2442 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.
