This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 207 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.300/- in CRP.SR.No.146030 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 207 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.300/- in CRP.SR.No.146030 of 2022 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
