ORDER
This Arbitration Original Petition is filed to set aside the arbitral award dated 10.06.2022 bearing A.C.P.No.21 of 2019 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator Mr.Poovanalingam, Advocate in its entirety and to direct the respondent to pay the costs.
2. This matter was referred to Mediation vide the order passed by this Court on 15.11.2022. The Mediation report says that the matter has been settled among the parties based on the joint compromise memo dated 10.02.2023 entered between them.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this matter shall be closed in terms of the joint compromise memo entered between them.
4. Accordingly, this Mediation report is taken on record and this original petition is ordered in terms of the joint compromise memo. The said joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, the connected application is also closed. 2/4
