ORDER

The defacto complainant after registering the complaint before the 2nd respondent, now seeks for transfer of investigation alleging that some of the persons involved in the crime are not added. This is too premature to arrive at a conclusion when the investigation is pending and the FIR was only against one Jayalakshmi, alleged to have burnt the house of the defacto complainant.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that the investigation is progressive and if there is any material against any persons other than the said Jayalakshmi, they will also be arrayed as accused and charge sheeted.
