2.As stated by Dr.T.Seenivasan on 30.01.2026, three cheques have been produced before this Court. Two cheques in the name of Mr.P.Rayin for a sum of Rs.13,38,648/- and Rs.2,35,446/- and one cheque in the name of M/s.P.Rayin Construction Company Private Limited for a sum of Rs.49,494/- have been produced before this Court. The same have been handed over to Mr.P.Anbarasan.

3. Mr.Anbarasan has received the three cheques on behalf of the Contempt Petitioners. Mr.P.Anbaransan states that memo of calculation as to

how this figure was arrived at has not been passed across by the respondent to the petitioners. Mr.M.Suresh Kumar states that the same will be furnished within a period of one week from today(03.02.2026). In case there is a dispute on the figure so arrived at, it is for the petitioners to work out their right before the jurisdictional civil Court. If the memo of calculation is not produced, Mr.Anbarasan is at liberty to mention before this Court.
