This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection to survey the property belonging to the petitioner based on the representation dated 27.06.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been received by the second respondent and till date no CSR number / CP number has been assigned.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that already civil Court decree is in favour of the petitioner. In spite of the same, the third respondent is attempting to disturb while survey is conducted in the property belonging to the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, 2/4

there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the representation given by the petitioner on 27.06.2023, conduct an enquiry and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
