This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.82691 of 2019.

2.Heard Mr.S.Mukund, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sudalaikani, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that, the delay can be condoned.

4.Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
