C.M.P.No.4595of 2022 in S.A.No.1591 of 2010 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner/proposed appellant seeking to condone the delay of 896 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant namely Santhakumari in the above Second Appeal.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
