ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.2748 of 2025 dated 05.2.2025, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that W.A.No.2178 of 2025, was filed and an order of status quo was passed by the Division Bench and it was extended thereafter. In view of the above development, the contempt petition is closed for the present. Depending upon the final result in the writ appeal it is left open to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition.
