O R D E R

The Contempt Petition on hand has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 05.03.2012 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.31664 of 2012 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2826 of 2025 was filed by the Government, to set aside the order passed in W.P.No.31664 of 2012 dated 05.03.2024. Hon'ble Division Bench passed orders in W.A.No.2826 of 2025 dated 19.09.2025, in which the order passed by the Single Bench in W.P.No.31664 of 2012 was modified and further the Government was granted three months time for compliance of the orders. 2/4

3. In the event of none compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.2826 of 2025 dated 19.09.2025, the petitioners can always approach the Hon'ble Division Bench for filing contempt.

4. Granting the said liberty, the said contempt petition is closed. No costs.
