ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 16.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5380 of 2013, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquiry for issuance of patta, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and after affording full opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted an enquiry and passed order by the proceedings dated 16.10.2025, thereby granting patta in favour of the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 16.10.2025, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
