ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4458 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to serve the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner in Crime No.142 of 2021, within a period of two weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner was served with referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.1 of 2024.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
