ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.16342 of 2017 dated 06.07.2021 has been complied with through proceedings in Letter No.8142/Ser-I/2022-I dated 17.07.2025. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the manner known to law.
